variable pumps?

Call Reeflo and tell them you want a Hammerhead pump with a three phase 240v motor to use with a VFD. I called once and it wasn't too much more than the standard pump. For under 150 bucks you can get a VFD controller to run the pump. It converts the standard 120v single phase to the 240v three phase. They usually have a 0-10V input so you can run them off of a controller. Or you can get a 9.6v power supply and a dimmer switch to where you can manually set the pumps power. The VFDs are usually programmable so that you can make them ramp up and down over a set amount of time if you dont have a controller. Really the possibilities are endless as to how you can program it to work. If you were to set it up on a closed loop with a oceansmotions you could truly get random flow.
