Vectra l1 not pumping

Went to feed the reefa before heading to my son's soccer match and seen that my Vectra has quit pumping sometime in the last 12 hours. Only light that is on the controller is a green steady light period And The W is flashing from white to Orange. But it has done that since I've got it because I have never synced it to my reeflink.

When touching the body of the pump you cannot feel anything mechanically inside moving. When I get back I plan to take it off the system and get a good peek inside of it. Removing the front cowling will not do anything to void the warranty or anything? Want to make sure of that before I cracking open.

Unplugging it and letting it sit for a few minutes does nothing. Anyone have any more ideas to try?

Go ahead and pull the pump apart and make sure nothing is stuck inside.
It won't void the warranty.

Pulled it apart. Appears magnet swelled as the impeller isn't turning. There is what appears to be friction scuff marks on the plastic where the magnet swelled and rubbed it.

I would be on the phone with Ecotech first thing Monday morning.
I would not wait for a response here or even a email.
Phone support works best.

Martin is exactly right. I do my best to keep up with ReefCentral posts, but calling is the best method for contacting us. Additionally, we respond to all emails and voicemails with 24 hour.

They responded back to me first thing Monday am. Replacement already on the way. Kudos to their CS dept.
