vectra m2 keeps cutting off

Does anyone have any experience with their vectra m2 controller cutting off and losing power? when plugging it in it starts and with 10 to 15 seconds the entire pump cuts off. The weird thing is the power brick still has power because the little green light is still on.

I reached out to Ecotech and im quite disappointed because after providing them a video of the problem the service reps solution was for me to take apart my entire system to send them the pump or I can go buy my own controller. The unit is only a 1.5 years old. Can anyone be of assistance?

I had the same problem with my M1.
In my case the it was broken power supply.
Looks like not have enough power to feed pump motor.
After i replace power supply averything back to normal.

I'm replying to this old Post because of Problems with Ecotech Products,; Radions,Vortecs, and Vectra M2.All have problems with the Power Supply, bad connections. Clean or sand the connectors may work.
