Velvet, ich or something else?

It is probably too late for her but I am hoping to identify what is wrong to try and save the other fish and to avoid this happening again. Any thoughts on a diagnosis?

Water parameters are fine, I can post them if it matters but out tank is stable. We thought it was velvet so we treated a couple of our fish (in a separate qt tank) with General Cure and they were all dead within a couple hours of dosing. We can do a hypo salinity QT tank if it is ich but if it is velvet or something else that isn't going to do any good.

Help!
Edit - the pictures are not showing up so I'm trying a link to them.

Boy, it's still hard to tell, I'm 50% saying ich and 50% velvet. It might even just be something bacterial.

Long story short, if the fish isnt dead already, I imagine it soon will be.

As I expected she died but we are trying to save the others. It is killing really fast like velvet but looks more like ich. We tried treating the other QT tank with General Cure, thinking it was velvet and lost everything in that tank within a couple hours of treating. The remaining fish are going to be treated with hypo salinity (if they live that long) so we shall see what happens.

Hypo is a pretty slow cure, just an fyi. It doesnt stop ich from spreading to the fish immediately, it just hinders it. I've had ich show up on fish 2 and 3 weeks into hypo treatment. It eventually all goes away but it isnt a fast cure.

Of course, it's normally easier on the fish than sitting in copper.
