Velvet or nothing to worry about...

Just picked up a Yellow Eye Kole from LFS. Will be in my QT for atleast a month till i make sure its all good. Noticed a small fuzzy patch on the side. Think its velvet, but its not white, more like a purple fuzz.

Anyways, he eating fine, just no seaweed. Ill get him on that eventually with some garlic.
Swimming well, not breathing fast or anything.
Seems completely happy.

Heres a pic of it, very fast fish so hard to get a shot while he is still.
This is the only spot on him with some purple fuzz.

Didnt want to do a FW dip because i dont want to stress it and cause more issues then already present until i know what i am dealing with.

I do not see velvet in the picture or behavior consistent with velvet.

Thanks Steve, thats what i thought too. But not really sure what this fuzz is on the side of this guy. Dont know how to treat it, other then maybe a prazipro addition to the tank.
