They both have white spot to which I began treatment of 'vertonex' which uses the main ingredients quinine hydrochloride and malachite green, started with this as I've had success with it in the past although I do have copper I've read clownfish don't tolerate copper too well. The female is far more active than the male he is swimming around on the bottom for the most part just curious as to what these purple marks are I only noticed this morning
He is very underweight and I'm having trouble getting him to eat (tried flake, pellets and brine shimp) he ate a few pieces of the brine this morning but it has hardly any nutrition in it so I've soaked some in pellet food for tonight other than that I'm at a dead end

Both clownfish are infected with ich and you are treating. I would expect the spots are secondary bacterial infections from the previous infestation of ich. I do not have any experience with quinine based treatments, but to eradicate the ich you're going to have to treat for extended duration just like Copper.
Keep your water quality high as the Vertonex is going to kill off your biological filtration (if any was built up). I don't know if Seachem's PRIME interacts with your meds, but this can help control any excessive ammonia or other toxic metabolites in the water.
I'd recommend reading over Snorvich's sticky posts on Marine Ich (cyptocaryon irritans) at the root of the disease forum. There's a ton of good information on treatment options. Tank transfer for these two small fish may be more effective and safer.
