vertex SR260 hanging kit issue

Anybody know how you can contact vertex customer services by email, i have purchased a sr260 from another reefer and in the manual it says the hanging kit has to be screwed into the adjustable suspension kit in the central rail ,there is nothing in the central rail can anybody advise if these things are available etc.

Sorted couldnt get the bits so i drilled the heat sink and fitted brackets.
