Very cool tank!!!

Could someone explain this tank to me? I have no clue how the feeding bowls work.

It works the exact same way a water cooler does. If someone put a straw in the bowl and started draining it, it would drain that bowl until air entered the tank and released water back into the bowl. For filtration and circulation as long as everything is in a closed loop no problem. I would think they would have some kind of sealed container on the circulation side that collects excess air and allow them to purge it out.

a water cooler has a valve that releases the water, i dont see any valves on those feeding ports.

i think its more like one of those pet water bowles with jug that you turn upside down that provides water as the bowl empties. as the water level lowers it allows air into the jug until the water level rises over the opeing closing the path for air to flow in.
the water doesnt come out because of the lack of air creating a vacum.the tank would have to be sealed , filtration would not be a problem because it only pumps water in and out of the tank , not air, just my theory

IAre you certain they filter the water? Looks a bit murky to me.

A water cooler and the pet bowl use the same principle. The water cooler has a bowl inside that the big water bottle sets into. They just add the valve to make it easier to dispense.
