Very Dissapointing!

i must say that i have lost alot of faith in this company, it upsets me to say this becuase i have bought many products in the past, but when it comes to return policy, they are lacking in a big way.
let me discribe my situation, i bought a MH fixture and bulb with my moms credit card (it was my B-Days present), and the ballast with another, now that i want to return them for another light (t5 actually), they will only refund my moms credit card!!!! that means that my mom is going to have to pay me cash for somthing she never bought if i want my omney back. i am very dissapointed with this company! i know how Dr. Foster and Dr. Smith read this fourum, and i would like a responce as to the explanation of this defunct return policy!

Thank you for your post. It is our standard policy to credit the initial form of payment in regards to returns and other issues. However, we also offer the option to issue the credit to your file, which can be used on your next order.

well please tell your people to do that for me, becuase i asked if this was a possiblity and they said NO!, and i thought that they could, but they insisted.
