I have a small aquatics related business and have used Premium Aquatics lately for a few orders. So far everything has been great. I did have trouble with one item and called them today to talk about it. They ended up taking care of us and handling it in a very fair way. Most people only speak up on message boards when they have bad experiences so I wanted to be sure and post how good my experiences have been with PA- including this incident.
