ok for a bubble trap, for model F of melevs reef site....

Tell me if i have this correct:

The first piece of panel is flush with the bottom, then the second piece which is a little above 1 inch away from it is 1 inch from the bottom of the tank, then a little above 1 inch away the second panel if flush with the bottom again???

100% sure. That is standard for a bubble wall. I used Melev's site to build my sump.

Also, what skimmer are you using and is it an in-sump skimmer? Some skimmers need to be sitting in a particular water depth. This could affect the height of the first and 3rd piece of your bubble wall.

You should have 3 panels. The outer panels should be flush and sealed to bottom of sump and the middle panel should be raised about .5-1inch above bottom and all should be spaced about 1 inch apart.
