Very sick well fed mandarin goby - please help

We have a very sick fish.
Background info:
Our fish "Manny" is Approx 1 yr old
Tank established for approx 3 years
Manny has good amount of pods in tank and breeding in refugium.
He also eats frozen brine no problem.
He is usually very active. Last week he was fine I had fed him and nothing seemed odd
The next day his eye ball was missing. At first we immediately assumed he had been attacked and moved him into our quarantine tank.
In hind sight we are not so shure it was another fish.
When we saw his eyeball gone there was no blood and no other signs of a fight. Since then he has eaten and is still alive but now his dorsal fin is deteriorating into nothingness. He sits on the bottom mostly just breathing hard. Could he have a parasite?
All water parameters are good.

Any suggestions?

Can't say what happened to his eyeball, but IME a deteriorating fin is usually a symptom of fin rot or some other sort of infection. A parasite is also possible but Mandarins are usually pretty resistant to parasites. I would treat with a Furan based antibiotic (see link below), as I've read Mandarins are more tolerant of that than most other meds. Be warned though.. I've never medicated a Mandarin myself and from what I understand they are very intolerant of most meds, especially copper. But if he's as bad as it sounds then what have you got to lose? Good luck!
