I've bought this new Curve 7 two months ago. It has been great skimmer untill the pump is dead.

I lost the receipt and warranty card, but I took it to the store anyway since the product is less than a year old. I was expecting to buy the pump at regular price anyway.

To my surprise, the store / sole distributor here in Hong Kong refused to service the pump and refused to sell the pump due to lost receipt. Their reason was they have no idea if I've bought the pump from them. They were saying I'm at fault losing the receipt. Was that really my fault? I was expecting to buy a pump at a regular price, not betting a free replacement even the pump was only two months old.

I emailed BM two days ago without reply. No one answer on phone. What else can I do? I can only express my anger with Bubble Magus here.

To anyone who is considering their products with new pumps, think twice. They are only good when they are working.

We as Americans are really honestly spoiled by vendors here. no receipt no problem, manufacturer fault no problem, customer fault take it back no problem.
I am very well traveled across the world and most places dont care to take responsibility once sold especially 3rd world countries.
anyways i emailed BM once for a replacement cord that goes between BM dosing units and i asked for a retail out let that would carry it NEVER got a reply.
I hope u have better luck.
 
It will never get resolved.
Retailers insisted invoice was needed even when I was willing to pay the whole pump. No reply from BM too.
I bought an aquabee pump and fit into the body. This is the last item I would buy from BM.
It's not I do not support what my people make, but why buy it when they have no mean to honor their product and respect their customer.
