vho`s with acros ?

just wondering if anyone has had any success growing acros, such as milleporas, birdshand etc, with vho`s. I have a thirty long with 440 watts. Just wondering if I have to upgrade my lights. thanks for your imputes

The colors are AMAZING under VHOs. You will be thoroughly surprised. Just make sure you alternate actinic, daylight, actinic, etc.

i got 5 mm growth on my acro THIS WEEK and i use vhos ( and you have more light then i do)
