vho supplimentation

i currently have 2 175 w 20k xm supplemented with 4 uri 50/50's. i am going to switch to ushio 10k if i supplement with all atinics will this just cancel out the growth that the 10k's will add?

absolutley not. i think you'll do much better with the 10K halides and the actinics.

I agree, 10K hilides are the way to go, I also happen to love the look of 10K with atinics.
