Video - Diatoms or Dinos?

I cannot tell the difference between diatoms and dinos. I got a bloom of this brown stuff on my sand. It is a 18 month old display tank, but I got it little upset after taking carbon dosing off and switching to a refugium.

I think I might be able to answer my own question. Diatoms don't move/swim. These are moving ... they are dinos. Am I right?

Now, if I am right, any help with ID them?
