Well, i figured this would be the best place to post this question. I got a Sony Handycam for my B-day, and when you off load the video onto the computer it is in AVI format and is HUGE. Im talking 1.5 gigs for 2 minutes of video. Does anyone know of a free convertor? what about a decent video editing software, i am willing to pay for it, but dont want to pay for something that doesnt do a good job, and i really dont want to spend a lot, maybe like 50-75 bucks. Any advice will be appreciated.
