I have a pair of clowns that host in a Toadstool Leather. The female takes the large chunks and tries to feed it to the leather. Too bad it doesnt have a mouth

Get a clarkii, I have a pair of them and they went right to the anemone, and are pretty well known for easily hosting. Mine also feed my sebae anemone with the food I drop into the tank .
