Yep Kathy, that's my boy. I was going out to film the progress on the stand for my new 125g and saw a few babies in the tank. I started filming and 30 seconds later he pumped out 200 fry
He's had 7 broods so far, and this was the first time I had even witnessed it. To catch it on film was amazing!

Very cool. As a side note for anyone interested, look at the few fry already swimming around before the main event. Notice how they swim with their tail curled up under them? IMO that is uniquely charecteristic of H. kuda , IOW I believe it is a fairly reliable way to ID an unknown species. If your'e not sure what you have, wait for fry and this can tell you
