Ive had this clown for about 3-4 weeks. I havent had any problems with him. He started doing this yesterday, he ate, and was fine. Then started doing this again this morning.. Is he stressed? Ive had no problems with him until yesterday. i put about 3 or 4 new Damselfish in about a week or so ago and everyone seems to be getting along fine..

What do yall think? Should i move him to a different tank? Like a QR tank? I also have a floating breeder tank I can put him in, but I dont want him to feel more stressed because he cant hide..

Looks pretty normal to me. Looks like he's resting. Now if he starts floating uncontrollably then I'd be worried but he's just trying to sleep. Mine does the same thing and I've had mine for 3 months. Mine makes craters in the sand and lays there when he's resting since I don't have an anemone for him. He used to go in the corner but he's comfortable with my tank now that he makes big craters and chooses which one he wants to sleep in lol

He was starting to lay on his side and stuff like that. I moved him out of the tank just in case he was stressed. He seems to be okay now

I'm sorry to hear that! Next time post your parameters not just a video...and a quick detail about the tank so we can further diagnose the situation...

Not sure why he died. My female does the same thing from time to time but usually towards night time.
She has done that and is very healthy for months.

Everything is within normal limits. Thats what I dont under stand.

What are the "normal limits". When we ask for the parameter we want the numbers. It's nothing personal but it's hard to just trust every person who says "my parameter are perfect" or "all my tests ran good" or anything along those lines.. We simply dont know what you consider normal or good. It may actually not be.

did you ever notice the damsels beating up on him? clownfish and damsels aren't a good combination, even in a 75g tank.
