Viper died

I just bought a JBJ 70w viper from you guys (about a month ago) it was working fine until last night. I looked over at my tank and the light was really dim. so I shut it off, let everything cool down for about an hour and turned it back on. Nothing, I don't get any light at all now. the only thing that happens is, I can hear a buzz from the ballast.

please advise if there anything I can do.
