Visiting Jacksonville need LFS info

Thanks guys......I just like to make the offer, we usually have extra room.

I think most reefkeepers would be pleasantly surprised how much natural growth and the diverse tropical species we actually have.

As for the LFS info, everything posted is pretty close to my own personal opinion :)
 
I'm in the area and tried to walk to the 7 miles to www.atlantisaquariumsnefl.com but gave up after 2 :( too hot and humid. Didn't find any bus stop a long the way either.... I'm going to see if my hotel has retal cars tomorrow...... Nice city btw, but people need to learn to let me cross the street without trying to run me over. Anyway does anyone know if Atlantis got any new shipment of coral in? or if they can ship what I pickout to me home since I can't bring liquid board??
 
Talk to the guys at atlantis, I am sure they will give you a shipping box so you could fedex them to yourself. John, Rob and co. are good people, they may ship for you.

Will you be able to make our meeting saturday afternoon?

Yes, We can do that for you. There's a UPS store right around the corner from us. BTW, most drivers consider pedistrians fair game when crossing our streets. JK lol:eek:

I was going to stay a few extra days and maybe drive down to the keys but I'm planning on leaving early Friday to make it to a local frag swap. It’s the largest swap in maybe the entire country so I can't miss it for two years in a row.

I didn’t make it to any of the lfs yet. The LFS is only about 7.5miles from my hotel so I was going to try to walk it but after about 2 miles I gave up and turned back. For some reason I didn’t see any bus stop on the street I was on and it was too humid to walk the entire 7.5 miles then back. My company was too cheap to give me me own rental and I had to share a corporate car with a co-worker. But what sucks is that they forgot to put me on the insurance so I didn’t want to risk driving it. Good thing they didn’t put a limit on food :D I’ve been eating lobster and steak all week. Not to mention a %50 tip for the nice waitress.
 
o.k. your in the southpoint area near st lukes Hospital. Walk towards the hospital at JTB and there are buses there, unless you strike a deal with Bennihana
 
Hey I said unless you strike a deal with the Bennihanna. Besides, your deal needed to be, If I take you to Atlantis, I get a Ric polyp, not a dinner at red lobster. You probably scared him with that..lol
 
Not sure but here is the direction that will get me to atlantis. I know I'm near some Golf outlet place.

2.8 miles on JTB
merge 2.6 miles Southside blvd.
Right 1.8 miles down Beach.
