vitamin c

Im planning to have a refugium and start growing some algae but in the same time I still wana dose vitamin c. what do you think? would it slow down the growth of the cheato?

I wouldn't think so. As long as the cheto has light and nutrients it should do fine.

Yes, vitamin c can be used as a carbon source. If enough is used is it could starve out your chaeto just like any other carbon source.
