Vodka and vinegar dosing

Can someone explain vodka and vinegar dosing? Are these methods easy to use, and can I dose with kalk 2 part as well? What type of vodka? How much vodka and 5% white vinegar should I dose? Any info and links with info are appreciated.

imo dosing vinegar is better than vodka. people have cyano problems when dosing vodka. but i did not have cyano problem while dosing vinegar.

Is it inappropriate to dose both together, or is it commonly one or the other? I will be dosing this with a 2 part kalk water as well.
