Hello, updated my Vortech controller to firmware 1.04 and the controller interface to 1.14 without issue. I replaced a broken Ecosmart with a new Quite Drive, I now have one Ecosmart and one QD. Went to the controller overview and deleted all pump assignments, went through the process of getting the pumps ready to link to the controller, hit end and save assignments and nothing happens. Any idea of the problem? Can I not mix Eco and QD? I tried just the QD and still didn't work. Any help with this is much appreciated.

Edit: The lights on the controller are all on, the RF light is intermittent. I see the controller in GCC so I think the problem is between the pump and controller, not the controller and the Profilux. TIA.

Does anyone have a screen shot of a working Vortech module under the "Vortech Overview" tab? I would like to know what firmware and type is showing for the pumps. TIA

I found this from Matthias on the support forum....

"- new firmware for Vortech-Controller 1.04 and new Controller Interface OS 1.14
although the recent firmware was supposed to be compatible with the new Quiet-Drive pumps from Ecotech we got feedback from some users that they had trouble with the Quiet-Drive
we and Ecotech reviewed the firmware and the Controller Interface OS
-> if you use Quiet-Drive pumps, especially after upgrading Eco-Drive, update the Vortech-Controller firmware and the Controller Interface OS"

Thank you for the reply. I have updated firmware and Interface. Ecotech is saying the Quiet drives I bought have the latest firmware, this is why I want to see what firmware and type is showing in the overview tab. My only options for firmware upgrade on the pump is EcoSmart and WWD not Quiet Drive. Controller interface and RF module are grayed out, AFAIK I have the latest firmware for those and that is why they are grayed out. A screen shot of a working vortech module with Quiet drive MP40's would be great. Thanks again!

Unfortunately I can't help with the screen shot.
I'm between tanks at the moment and not sure if I'm even going to use the profilux to control my quiet drive. I had it controlling all my vortechs before ESL was available. So this time I may just use ESL.

ESL probably a good idea for the Ecotech products. My module worked fine until I got the Quiet Drives and I'm just trying to eliminate possibilities. The screen shot seems the best place to start IMHO. Not sure why it's proving to be so elusive.
