Hello,

My pump is creating microbubbles. They are coming out where the back plate that has the foam on it contacts the main assembly.

My O-ring broke but I don't know if that would cause the bubbles. I still have the ring in there but there is a small separation at the break point of about a cm.

Can you please let me know where I can get one of these O-rings. Also if the O-ring breaking is not a cause of the micro bubbles what do I do?

is it too close to the surface ? That is about the only thing I know of that can create a constant stream of microbubbles. If it is low enough, then even if air got trapped in the housing, it would run out in short order.

It is 6" below the surface and does not seem to be causing much turbulance on the surface. Regardless I need a new o-ring and need to know where to get one.

me too trapped air. You should assemble the wet end under water or you will have a small pocket of trapped air.
