Vortech keeps separating!

Hello,

I purchased the vortech about 1.5 months ago and it has been running flawlessly until this week. The pin spacing and magnetic connection seem fine but the problem is that after a few minutes of being connected the two ends separate. I am not sure what the problem is as the pump still runs and is quiet. I have it running in lagoon mode and I have not changed any of the other settings.

What should I do to fix the problem?

Well, from what I've read about others who were having a similar problem, you'll probably be asked to return it for inspection/repair.
