Vortech locally?

Hi guys, its been a while. Anyone know where they sell Vortechs in CT? I'm thinking about a 40. Thanks for suggestions.

I've got no idea where to get them locally. But if you strike out, send me a PM. I've got a couple of the new 40's, never taken out of the box, that I might be able to be talked out of.

No offense to local shops... but you're probably not going to pay less than either buying from a fellow reefer (such as Steve here) or on the used goods forum. At least, that's been my experience from my own price shopping.

You definitely should try Exotic Fish and Coral in Milford though, if you're still living locally there (further South, I have additional recommendations, as I'm sure others do). They are really awesome! Just bought a few corals from them over the weekend and they were most generous. Wish they were closer to me!!

I would buy it online to avoid the state tax and driving expense. AquariumSpecialty has the MP40w ES for $400 and free shipping.

Thank you all. Thanks for the aquarium specialty store! great price! I was going to try to buy locally with cash to avoid a credit charge and the explanation to the wife. LOL. I am sure you know what I mean. Hopefully, I will see you all soon.

I think I can speak for everyone here on the MP40 in that the expense is worth the pain and anguish. On top of the great product... if you ever run into problems, the folks at Eco-Tech are truly a class act.
