I got one k1 and a k4 you can use. But do you still drive Through Nashville for work. I can show how to take part your vortech and clean it. I may be able to fix it for you. I got some part here. Just give a pm and we can work something out.
Thanks I do. I am coming thru tommorrow at 330am and going back home at 4ish. Text me and I can pick up the k and then bring you my vortech. 6158159621
If there is a problem and it is under warranty, ecotech is really super about service. Even if your warranty is expired, they still are awesome, so if zef finds an issue, don't sweat it.
for the price of them things, I would expect them to have a lifetime warranty! Jeez they are expensive. i was going to go that route for the new tank till I saw the price tag.
I think the price is resonable compare to tunze and ather powerheads out there. With Better flow, less heat in the tanks and no wires hanging in the tank.
I've own vortech pumps for 3-4yrs now. I still have my 1st mp40 never hand any trouble with it. Only thing I did to it was clean it every month or 2. And upgrade it when wwd comeout.
Yeah your the one!!! I've Deteled all me pm's. Oops I'll be drive through on Monday morning. We can meet. But if you find someone that wants it you can go ahead and sell it. Sorry for taken so long.
I am gonna see how the vortech does...it had been lined up properly it just grinded every great once in awhile. I am glad I came and got the K1 since when I got home the vortech came apart again and was in the bottom of my tank. Chris took the inner unit apart and cleaned it really well with a toothbrush. We found a small caribbean snail inside the propeller, and some sand inside the turbine part. He said it felt like it had developed some calcium deposit like material in it. Hopefully its ok
