Vortech MP10.... two Reefcrest settings?

Confused with the MP10 settings, specifically Reefcrest.

When selecting Reefcrest (yellow) I can see the pump varying its output but if I press "select", two LED's illuminate up the power setting to about 25% and the Reefcrest mode doesn't fluctuate so much.

What setting is this within Reefcrest?
