That Vortech is nice. I would keep it. For those that do not know, that is the wireless version that syncs via wireless with another unit for wave generation. It has a night mode that cuts back to half speed and has a feed setting that goes very slow and then automatically goes back to your chosen setting after 10 minutes.

It would make a great frag tool in your tank, turn it on full and you will have a nice blender affect, 80 frags in a few secs.

A new tank is top priority for me now so that is why I am selling off the extras.

Still no luck in finding a 72" tank. Been trying to to lock one up with that posting of sale goods you posted a couple days ago but not having any luck getting a price on it. Probably gonna just order it through glass cages. i just hate driving out there.

You aren't the only one having trouble buying from Huie. I heard Kevin was supposed to go there and buy some things, but he didn't meet him as planned. He was just never good at being prompt or taking care of business.

thanks for the info. Looks like it would be a little farther than glass cages. Does this guys have a business or is it a side thing for him??

somewhere in mississippi makes some nice tanks. got a 60 gallon cube when first starting out from anthony in lexington before he went out of buisness. reef down under used to keep several types in stock, but they were overpriced just like everything else there. maybe someone could do some searching & find out location for future tanks. tank was very well built. i had the company name will see if i can find it. may have been wholesale though. bruce might could help out on that end. just a idea for future buyers

My tank was made by the place in MS. Craig ordered it for me several years ago. It has held up great. I know it is down on the Gulf Coast of MS and got hit bad by Katrina. Craig at Gene's Wrecker in Jackson should be able to tell you the name of the Co. He owned the RDU in Jackson.

The wave master are they actually sufficient or does a timer work just as well

the wavemaster will set up to 4 of your pumps to turn on and off to create wave like patterns in your tank. there are different modes you can set like reef mode, feeding and even night mode. So a timer would not even compare to it.

Would you be interested in trade for a sea clone 150 skimmer that's 2 months old

I have 3 skimmers currently so really can't do much with another but thanks

If you have it Friday or If you don't mind holding it I will get it Friday from you and do u know of anyone that may have some led that will do as moon lights

I can just bring it to the meeting if you are in no rush for it. What kind of pumps do you have for it? I know many people use Koralias, if that is what you have then you DO NOT want to use the wavemaker. The koralias are not designed to turn off and on like that. The maxi jets work best for that application.

Are you wiring your own moonlights? If so I might have some LED's too. I bought about 50 loose led's a few years ago, I just have to rummage through and see if I can find them.

the company in gulfport was named ocean view. the original owner retired and sold the business to someone else.
