vortech question

One of my vortechs has been acting up recently... this is what it does: Set it to reef crest, works for a few days then the light bar goes red. Set it to lagoon, works for about a week or so then goes to red. Set it at constant speed and it works just fine all the time.

whats up with it? Is the motor going bad :mad2:

I would suggest going to their website and asking them. They have awesome customer service! Until then I would take the entire thing apart and clean it. I mean everything! And while it's apart check for rust and worn parts. Magnets on 3 of my vortechs rusted and caused a ton of issues

I have read if you don't program the wet side disconnect mode it will flash red some times hope this helps
