Vortech Setup for SPS Tank

Hello,
I have a 36x24x20, 75G SPS tank and currently I have one MP40 and one Tunze pump. I am having issues with algae on one side of the tank (Tunze side) so I am planning to replace the Tunze with another MP40 to improve overall flow through the tank. My question is - how would you recommend I orient the two vortechs and what settings should I use to maximize flow throughout the tank? So where should I position them front to back and top to bottom and then which setting will do the best job of maintaining general flow throughout the tank to minimize dead spots and keep debris suspended in the water column?

Thanks for your help.

Patrick,

That is a very difficult question to answer since each aquarium varies so greatly from one another. I would recommend experimenting with position, mode and speed until you find what works best for your aquarium. IN Addition, you will be able to utilize our master/slave functionality that will help create the perfect flow pattern for your aquarium.
