could be just a bad dry side, sometimes there are loud ones but ecotech always sends a new one out

bad from the factory.. I'm sure you had nothing to do with it. Did you hear back from ecotech yet? Try asking in their forum on this site. ( One of our sponsers)

I called and they asked to hear it...I called again and left a message so they can hear the pump. Should hear back from them tomorrow.
