VorTechs Not Seen In EcoSmart Live

We just recently purchased a ReefLink and I have been unable to connect the VorTechs to EcoSmart Live. I have tried with 1 MP40W ES and 1 MP10W ES (Only 1 pump was powered while attempting to connect). The pumps will respond to upgrading through the ReefLink but will not associate with EcoSmartLive after completion.

The pumps are not on a tank at this point and the control is sitting within 12" of the reeflink. There is very little RFI in the room where I'm attempting to connect.

Any thoughts or troubleshooting tips? Thanks

Yose,

I would recommend firmware updating your ReefLink and performing a soft reset on your VorTech controllers. From there, attempt the update again and it would be best to have the controllers 10-20 feet from the ReefLink during the update process. If you continue to have issues beyond that point, calling in directly would be best.
