They are having a pico reef contest over at NR. I'm in it but I don't expect to win. However, they are having a "best setup" contest that judges things like your hood and plumbing. I really want (and think I should) win that one. I dont know why you dont think you would win...tigaboys is sweet but very complicated, to me i think the simplicity of the pico adds something as well.

and if your ever looking to frag those zoos...man it may be worth the trip for me

actually, I've been thinking about joining CMAS, so if you want I'll bring some to the next meeting. Bear in mind that I can only spare 3-4 polyps since the colony is still small. Cool though huh? I got them from Sharky's.

definately cool and i dig the hood and stand...its almost enought to make my dad want a tank (harley tough guy type), Nice work. I am about over the fence on whether to do a pico or not. only thing stopping me is i am moving apartments soon, but man i want one.

If I were to do another one, it would be one of the smaller nano cubes. When you get this small, space is at a premium and JBJ really got it right.

A pico is a reef tank smaller than 8 gallons. Or 6. I can never remember. Mine is 2.5 so I'm good either way.

Usually, or at least on nano-reef, it is 2.5 or under. Kinda crazy, but it would be a good desk ornament. I really like tigaboy's idea, but I feel that he is breaking the rules with the sump. I voted for you.
