Waiting...... Waiting........ Ughh...... Waiting :spin2:
It's for the black puffer , gold spot rabbit and tusk from DD and live aquaria. It's really hot out here and we finally have some rain storms possible this afternoon so I'm hoping fedex runs on time. Never had an issue with their deliveries before so just nervous because of the gold puffer thread on here awhile ago.

DD & LA pack well for the heat; after all, they guarantee the fish. If you happen to live close to a Fed-Ex "hold at location" site (they are all over, check the Fed-Ex web site), you can have fish shipped there and pick them up at 9AM. I'm very close to Fed-Ex and live in the boonies, where they don't deliver until about 3PM---quite a difference. BTW, you'll love the tusk. have a lot of patience with him, they're very shy for a while.

They're here and all doing great except rabbit. Fedex guy was great, told me one of the boxes was very light and leaking, helped open it to see if fish was ok etc. I thought rabbit was a goner as it was in full stress coloration and the bag really smelled. Scooped it straight into tank. It's behind some rocks and gilling pretty hard, nothing to bug it plus lights are out so hope it works out. DD pack really well and although it's bag was deflated it seemed to still have enough water, oxygen etc may be another matter so will have to wait and see. Puffer is being a puffer :) sitting looking about. Tusk is a great fish. This is my second one and from LA not the DD one ( ie from Indonesia not oz) the rabbit and puffer are the DD ones. I have q and holding tanks but after losing a juvenile blue line to a mystery bacterial ? Recently decided to put them straight into their tank. It's a fowlr I used to have my large queen trigger in and I've kept feeding it to keep the bacteria etc going. The tusk is far more outgoing than my last one. Think it helps that it has no real issues from tank mates to deal with as the tank is new to all of them. I know they can be quite shy at first so this one is surprising me so far. The puffer seems to have a very short top lip for lack of a better description. Its teeth are visible at all times otherwise seems quite happy.

the rabbit is still in the rocks but has come out once or twice. still not very happy but at least some improvement, ill get a pic as soon as i can. here are the puffer and tusk.

That is a gorgeous puffer! Not totally new, but I haven't ever seen a black one like that before.

Thanks, this one has very gold coloured eyes and very happy tossing turbos, blowing sand around while fishing out my little neck clams

Have still to see rabbit eat. Didn't touch any nori, mysis, krill, fresh shrimp ,pellets or silversides. Still in rocks comes out briefly then back in. It's the biggest fish in the tank and the juvie coris wrasse is the smallest. The tusk is eating like a food machine as is the puffer. The tusk is quite small for a tusk and is about 3' or 3 1/2'

How big is your tank? FTS?

210 Aggressive Fowlr, 125 empty for now,125 temp tank queen trigger,75 FOWLR , 72 bow reef, 54 corner bow reef, 45 acrylic mantis empty for now, 40 cube grow out odd fish,30 cube reef, 15 rimless stone fish, 12 mantis, 3 x Q/tanks, 110 pred tank
