Wall frogspawn damaged

I had a wall frogspawn shipped to me two days ago and today I noticed the membrane covering the (not sure of the proper name) skeleton where the sharp looking skeleton meets the tentacles has been torn and you can see bare skeleton - not a lot, just enough to worry me. Is it doomed or is this something that sometimes happened and it should recover?

It happens and it should be fine. Do you have pics you can share with us so we can give you better advice?

Here's a picture. It's the area circled. The tissues goes between those raised white parts but they are exposed and have torn through the tissue.
