Wall frogspawn head regrowth

I have a pretty good sized wall frogspawn and recently lost the smaller head to an unknown cause. It completely dissolved, but kept the pink color of what I am assuming is flesh around the edge of the head. Now about 2 weeks after the loss the pink color seems to be moving into the middle of the head. My question is is it possible for the head to re grow once it has dissolved off? Still pretty new at this so not sure if this question is stupid haha

I've heard the wall types are harder to keep. I do believe it can recover also.

That's the strange thing is it looked fine for a month and a half and overnight it was gone. I do hope the head is able to come back.
