Want to buy a sun coral

Adams has one. ;0) $75, orange I think. I have three but not quite ready to split or get rid of. They are a lot of work. The"lander" works awesome for feeding them though.

Wait a month & I can split mine in half. I have about 60 polyps on mine.

For youuuuuu........ 5000 dollar!!! :)

How much for the 30 polyps or so, Xroads? I had one years ago and didn't know how to maintain it. My daughter has a beautiful one that she feeds cyclopeeze to through a Salifert syringe. She just waits until it opens up and squirts each polyp individually. It's one beautiful coral:)

Thanks for all replies.......

How big was the one at Adam's, Jtesdall?

I can't remember for sure, I would say 10 heads or so.

I just checked and you are a little over two hours away from me:( Do you ever come to the Des Moines area? Wish you lived closer!

JT Would like a bit bigger one that that, if possible:)

Thanks, though............

Their price is high as well.

Aquatic Environments has a very nice one. It is red/orange. Theirs are usually around $50. You can ship sun coral fairly easily. Most places in Iowa are next day ground through fedex and USPS.

I bombed them with rod's food, cyclop-eeze, and rotifers.

They opened up all ready. I am taking that as a good sign.

As of ten minutes ago the seem to be settling in good.
