Gonna plumb the HOB tank to the basement

This is my list of needs :
1 75 g tank for sump/fuge
2 Return pump, submersible for 9' of head and 1 90 degree at the tank(splitting it with a Y under 3-4" of water in the tank.
3 LIFEREEF overflow(undrilled 120g tank) looking for the 1200 gph model.
4 In sump skimmer for 150g heavy bioload.
