Does anyone know where I could get the best price on a 40g aquarium?

Anyone around here wanting to sell theirs?

www.glasscages.com will have the best prices and selection. 40 reg., 40 long, 40 tall. 40 with overflows and drilled if you want glass or acrylic. might wana try them and see what you think.

I have an Acrylic 30 with overflow built in center back, from glasscages.com custom made.
Still in the box never had a drop of water in it.

depends on what you will be using it for. a breeder tank is usually a 40L.

they cant be beat. i got my 70 and a solid oak stand for $300.00.

Um, I'm using it for freshwater and I have a stand that will fit either a 40g regular or a 40g long...

Just watch out with Glass Cages they WILL NOT ship glass.
That's why I had to get mine done in acrylic

thankfully i live about an hour away, mine was 3/8" AGA. funman, why have you not used the 30G you got? just courious.

the lighting for the 40L is a little higher. but i like the look alot better than the 40R. its more open and diversity possibilities are greater for inhabitants. JMO.

Need to build a stand and a canopy, refugium, skimmer, etc...
Cost, and time are the big factors.
So if someone needs it before I do, then I'll sell it

Edwin. Yeah that's the price. Glass is even cheaper $150
But they won't ship the glass stuff. And that's with no overflow built in on either unit.

ya but acrylic is easy to make a overflow.

And they can ship glass tanks, bia local trucking company not ups,fedex or usps.

They refused to ship via any means when I bought my tank from them last year.. I wonder if they changed their policy??
