Figured I'd post it here first before taking it to the LFS. Tanks must be definite non-leakers Going to use these for sump, water change and quarantine for the new 90 gallon reef tank.
Fortunately I don't have to drill any holes because this sump tank, with Ivaki pump, will be located in the basement plumbed from the canopy to upstairs 90gallon reef tank. So this 55gal tank is actually intended to be the sump for my 90 gallon reef tank.
What I like about the 55 gallon configuration is the 48 inch length which allows easily configured multiple chambers from one end to the other. If your 65 is at least 48" or longer then please PM or post your asking price. Otherwise I agree for a reef tank the standard 55gl makes a poor choice for optimum live rock/coral layouts.
