Wanted list for the swap...

Well, I need to get some pics together of what I will bring down to the swap. But I am defintiely wanting a few things and will have lots to trade. Mostly LPS and Zoas right now as my SPS tank just got water in it a few weeks ago.

Here is my wanted list:

A few super colored SPS (LE and other named corals are great but anything you have gotten great color out of will be considered). I have two or three more spots in my future SPS tank that I want to start some mini colonies to fill. I have a lot of the common stuff that I fragged out of my last display tank so I am going to be choosy.

Forest fire montipora
Superman Montipora digitata (if it even really exists outside photoshop?)

Rainbow Acan lords and/or primo Micros.

Chalices- some of the other watermelon types ie Bazooka Joe, Goldeneye etc. Have the original Tyree one and several Alien Eyes.

Unusual Favia that have potential, especially looking for a nice peace coral and the orange-centered one.

Anything lps, sps, zoa or softy thats either crazy colored and/or really weird....lmk what you are bringing that might fit the bill.

Hey Meisen. I'm planning on bringing some acans and micros. I don't have much in the way of rainbows, but I should have some decent ones. I should also have some SPS, but may have to frag specifically for you on certain items. Below is a link to a pic intense thread I put up a few months ago. Let me know if anything strikes your fancy. I won;t frag everythgin shown, but will on most of it. I'm trying to let a few of them grow out a little more before cutting.

I'll go ahead and say that most of my zoas are not fraggable yet. I've got a number fo a couple of different zoas, but nothing crazy.

Mark,

I've also got that pulsing sinularia colony I brought to the Nashville swap. I haven't seen it pulse in a while, but it has gotten pretty big... The mother colony pulses constantly (at a friends house). Nothing special on color, but I know that at one time you were looking for pusling.

Nice pics Gary, so far liking that A. carolinae (echinata? or what is it? 3rd pic down, lower right of pic, green acro) and the Hawkins blue if they are not the same coral. EFFNAIGBM as well, that looks like it has potential.

How are those micros doing for you, the ones with the blue and red swirl? Are the ones just to the lower left of them also micros? They have a nice defined pattern. I might be enticed to take a frag of one or both of those too :)

I like the color you are getting out of that red with white acan at the top but I think I have the same thing just not as colorful right now.

I think the first acro you are talking about is A. suharsonoi. I will have at least two frags of it, so I'll set one aside. The ORA Hawkins blue isn't quite fraggable yet, though. I'll get one of the EFFNAIGBM (that name was a joke BTW:D), too. It is one of my current favorites, though.

The two pics after the two acan pics are all micros. I've had these guys for several months now and they are still coloring up. I picked up a afew last week that need some time, but likely have some potential, too. I've got one that really stands out to me, but it is one of the smaller ones, so I'm not sure if I'll frag it this go round. By January, most likely, though.

I'm not sure which ones you mean by blue and red swirl. First micro pic, most in focus?

I plan to cut most of them at least a little, but haven't been able to bring myself to do it yet... It's inevitable, though:D.

I hope you bring plenty of red acans. I hate to elbow and fight people for coral. I wll be there Friday night setting up and also working it on saturday. I would also love to have a duncan.

LOL yeah got that, just thought that was the easiest way to tell you which one I meant.

I can hold off on the micros for now too but frags of the suharsoni and the EFFNAIGBM would be cool. Now whatcha looking for is the question :)?

Doris I will defnitely have at least three or four different Acan frags and I am happy to take reserves on em. The nicest one (IMO) is the red with pink center, I havent seen that anywhere else. And I should have a few duncan polyps as well.....watch for my list coming up today or tomorrow. Right now my plan is to come into town Friday night, hang with my friends and setup at the swap Saturday am.

I'll set aside one of each for you, Mark.

I hope to frag my acans and micros sometime in the next couple of weeks. I'm out of town this weekend and next, but hope to either work it in during the week, or the weekend after MACNA. I've had all of the acans for over a year (got most of them in one of the first shipments west of the Mississippi in June of last year). I'm not sure how many I'm going to cut, but I should have plenty;). I'll get some shots of the micro's, too. I may cut my Duncan's but everytime I start to, I decide to leave the colony in tact (got it with the acans).

Cool, thanks Gary.

Doris, your pm box is full.

630mason I have you down, how many heads do you want? 2/$20 3/$28 and 4/$35 on the Duncans. They are the nice bright green ones too.
