Wanted: Local reefer that is an electrician

I'm looking for a local reefer that is an electrician that can give me a quote on putting my tank area's electrical outlet onto a dedicated circuit. The two electrical outlets were spliced in when I purchased the house over a year ago so the wiring is easily accessible in the attic. See pic below. Currently, the outlets are on the same circuit as the kitchen and I would like it seperated. Either both outlets to one 20amp circuit or each outlet on it's own 20amp circuit. I would like a reefer who does this for a living since he/she would know exactly would I would want in terms of other options I could consider. A bigger tank will be placed in the current area.

Pic below shows where the outlet is on the left. Wiring goes directly up into the attic where it is spliced into the kitchen's circuit. Directly to the left is the kitchen.
