This is what I have on my 65g and I love the color combination very clean white color - I like it but everyone is different and sees colors in a different way:
IceCap Mini Pendant 1-MH 250W 10K HQI Ushio, IceCap 430 with 2-36 inch 39W T5 1-UVL Super Actinic and 1-ATI Blue Plus.
On my 75G I used the IceCap 660 but went with VHOs, I might be changing the VHOs to all T5's within the next few months. This is what I have now on this tank:
IceCap 660 with 4 x 110W VHO 2-SuperActinic ,1-Daysun and 1-White Actinic.

I have something similar to ReefArtist:
* (1) 150w 10k halide
* (1) 39w 36" T5 - Giessemean Actinic Plus
* (1) 39w 36" T5 - UVL Super Actinic
Here's a photo with a cheap camera just now of mine:

The colors are pretty close to real life but it's not as dark on the ends.
The super actinic is more purple and puts out less visible light than the blue-plus which I think is sort of like a 22k bulb. I think the Actinic Plus and Blue plus are the same bulb.
If I presumed that you having 4x 4 foot T5s and 2x 250mh was analogous to 2x150 mh and 4x3 foot T5s and I was making that change to my tank I think I would either use 3 blue-plus and 1 super actinic and 10k halides or use 12k/14k halides and 2 of each super-actinic/blue-plus to make sure there was plenty of blue.
