wanting to do a mjmod - need help/info

I've been looking into a maxi mod to better the flow in my (our) 125, can't find much info accept sites trying to sell me kits. I know someone out there might be able to lead me to a 'do it yourself' site or/and give me a little guideance.

sorry i did not get back to you. I bought a kit from mjmods.com and a new powerehead and did the mod myself. They have a great looking and easy to use kit. IMO its the way to go.

why are the mj mods so much anyways? cant you get a stream pump for about the same by the time you buy the mod and the pump and put the time into putting it together? just wondering cause i was looking into doing the mod.

i just did a search and when i first heard of the mod there was tons of threads but at the time i had a nano and couldnt use them but now i cant find any besides places to buy them like you stated. im wondering if rc removed them for some reason because i know there were tons of mjmods on here.
