Waratah babies

I just noticed one of my waratah anemones had two babies. The tank hasn't had a light on it until today so I probably didn't see them before. The bigger baby in the middle is about the size of a dime and the smaller one is at the bottom left corner peeking out.

I've been feeding them mysis shrimp every day. At the moment I'll probably keep the babies, at least until they grow a little bigger.

Did the anemone split, or did it spit the babies out? For some reason I was thinking they brooded their babies.

They spit them out Phil. I'm still waiting for mine to do it, maybe I'll increase my feedings.

My tank ranges from 74-76, and I've had it about three months now.

Viper, do yours move around alot?

Both of the adult waratahs that I have haven't moved at all since I stuck them on the rock. I've only had them 3 weeks so far, so I was really suprised to see a couple babies already.

I've been keeping the tank at about 77, but the past 2-3 days it's gone up to 80.
