I've been hesitant to contact you in this public way, but I've been attempting to get this problem resolved for more than 4 weeks now with Rodney.
I've made numerous purchases from you guys over the past 18 months, and have been absolutely thrilled with your prices and sevice. BUT, a month ago, I had a problem with a Pan world pump (100 px-x). impeller/bearing which went bad. I found out it was still under its' 2 yr warranty. Rodney has been trying to get a replacement part, but apparently Pan World has not been returning your calls, etc, etc....
So, for over a month I've been jury-rigging the main circulation pump on a fully-stocked reef tank. I have no other backup and have been hesitant to buy another because I thought things would be fixed more promptly.
The bottom line is: Is MD going to honor this warranty to the same level of superior service which I have been accustomed, or is this a situation which will never get corrected?
