Was wondering if the meetings are ever held on the weekends?

I posted the question earlier and it might have been overlooked throughout all the other threads. I live in Miami and would like to attend but dont think i would be able to make it during the week do to work. So do you guys ever meet on the weekends?

This has came up in the past....it comes down to weekend were time to spend with the family........Im in the same boat as you...hard to attend meetings on Tuesday......The way I deal with it is take a vacation day to attend the meeting...its well worth it

We do lot's of events on weekends.We just had a dive trip at Pennekamp.And a couple of months back we had a Tank Hop in Dade.Coming up is a collecting trip and the Broward Tank Hop.

yeah thats my prob. im too far south on a weeknight and it gets out pretty late so then i have a 2 hr drive back home.

I thought you were in Homestead?

You should be able to make it from the meeting place to FL City in an hour. It is about 50 miles.

I think they have had meetings in the past on weekends and not many people showed up. Maybe it was specail things.

I recommend the drive, it is a pain but after the meeting you will feel rewarded and glad you made it.
